At UCarry, we strive to provide fair and transparent refunds. Below are our updated refund policies.
1. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
- Full Refund: If canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled trip.
- Partial Refund: If canceled between 12-24 hours before the trip.
- No Refund: If canceled less than 8 hours before departure or in case of a no-show.
2. Refunds Based on Passenger Count
The final cost of a trip may vary depending on the number of passengers booked for the same ride. If additional passengers join a previously booked trip, any overpayment will be refunded after trip completion.
Example:
- A passenger books a ride alone for $300.
- Another passenger later books the same trip, reducing the per-person cost to $150.
- After the trip, the first passenger receives a $150 refund to match the adjusted rate.
3. How to Request a Refund
- Email us at admin@ucarry.net with your booking details.
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after trip completion.
- All payments are processed via **Stripe** and will be refunded to the original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
- Missed shuttles due to customer delays.
- Invalid refund requests after the ride has been completed and correctly billed.
